We would like to inform you about new opportunities for reporting and saving data messages.
As you surly know, from 1 November 2009 a new way of communication between legal entities and public authorities has been launched – only through electronic data messages which are delivered to the data boxes. Most clients use our services of data box administrator on a daily basis, thanks to which they can not miss important documents and deadlines.
Ministry of Interior in cooperation with the Czech Post came with the news – establish a Data Safe.
Data messages are saved in data box just for 90 days. If you would like to retain data massages even after this period, it is necessary to acquire a Data Safe. It is for anyone who needs to safely and reliably archive the data messages from the data box.
After 90 days with the active Data Safe are data messages automatically transferred to the Data Safe. Data messages are in the Data Safe archived, but with possibility to continue to work with them without fear that they will be deleted in 90 days.
In addition, the Data Safe is guaranteed and secure storage. Czech Post is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and protection of data messages stored by this service.
With the service of data box administrator, we will be glad to provide you also this additional service of the establishment a Data Safe for safe archiving your data messages. We will process all administration and communication with the Ministry of Interior for you – if you are interested in please contact us regarding the administrative fee. The fee of Czech Post for setting up the Data Safe depends on the capacity of the Data Safe. There are the following types at disposal:
- Mini capacity of 100 messages
- Standard capacity of 500 messages
- Maxi capacity of 5 000 messages
