- the system is set at the beginning of the cooperation according to the requirements of the investor (establishing of the accounting structure, reporting, cost centers and others)
- it subsequently provides for the accounting processing according to the exact deadlines of the regular updating of financial data agreed upon with the investor
- it prepares all required materials and financial reports for the investor that are necessary for current overview regarding investment
- it supervises the correctness of the data entered into the system by the property manager
- it provides for training of the investor’s financial management and the property manager’s representatives
- it takes comprehensive care of tax obligations connected with the individual investments
- it solves any requirements of the investor
2. Property Manager:

will obtain limited access into the system that allows him/her to:
- issue invoices for the individual lessees
- check the current balance of lessees and suppliers anytime
- automatically generate, print and mail reminders and penalties in connection with claims past due date
- monitor and supervise in detail individual types of costs within the framework of managed property and within the framework of its individual sections
3. The Investor:
